Notion as a project planner. ToDoist is my task manager. Google Cal (calendar)

Evernote has been my online brain since 2011. Almost everything goes in here, and with a powerful search functionality, it's easy to find. Evernote Web Clipper for excellent capture. Instapaper is Read it Later app of choice, and Readwise is indispensable for connecting it all.
