August 2020 Challenge: 7 Minute Workouts

This month’s 30 day trial will not be a big one.

I hurt my back early March, so I’ve had a lot of pain during the last few months. I re-injured it in June, and went to a chiropractor until I could walk properly again.

Anyway, rehab has gone well, and I decided to do a nice and slow introduction of working out again.

7-minute workout every day will be my August challenge. I’ll be conscious to create programs that don’t risk re-injuring or are too demanding. If it goes well, I might introduce new sets and exercises over time.

I’m not expecting this month to be too difficult (well, we’ll see!), but it will be a game-changer to get to start to move my body again.
